BOGS was founded in Eugene, Oregon by the Combs family, owners of Burch’s independent shoe store.  We spent the last 40 years measuring feet, shining shoes, and lacing up boots, learning what your feet need and how you want them to feel.  You tell us what you want, and we strive to produce the most comfortable footwear suitable for the most uncomfortable conditions.

YOU DEMAND, WE DEVELOP. 
First inspired by the wet, windy Willamette Valley and knee-deep mud and snow of the Cascade Range (not to mention the puddle between us and the morning paper), we were soon asking Alaskan boat captains and Antarctic trekkers for their input on developing the ultimate waterproof and warm boot.  100 percent waterproof, BOGS keep your feet warm and dry – all day long.

Based out of Portland, Oregon, our talented designers make BOGS look good from the country farm to the downtown farmer’s market.  Don’t worry though, no quality construction, unsurpassed comfort and warmth, or non-slip technology was harmed in the making of the best looking BOGS yet.
